All products, unless otherwise specified, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure the validity of the warranty, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the package, and make sure to file a damage report with the delivery company. Any modifications made to the product, deformation, or changes that alter the original design of the product will void the warranty.

Return Conditions

Please follow these guidelines for product returns:

• The return period is 15 days from the date you receive the product. If the product defect is due to customer use or the product has been used within the 15-day period, returns or exchanges are not possible.

• The shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is returned without covering the shipping fee, the return amount will be deducted for the shipping cost and any shipping fees initially paid during purchase.

• You can return your products using the shipping company indicated in the return process.

• The Organized Mess is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. The refund will be processed via the original payment method once the returned products are received in perfect, undamaged condition. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card may vary depending on your bank, and this process is beyond The Organized Mess’s control.

• Returns of single-use products and items that are perishable or may expire soon are not accepted.

• Clothing and bags may be returned if their packaging or tags are undamaged and not removed.

• Diffuser and candle products may be returned if the protective band on the product packaging is not opened.

• If products are returned in a used, worn, or washed condition, no refund will be provided.

• To return your purchased products, send them along with the invoice and shipping cost covered by you to our company address. Our support team will keep you informed about the status of the returned products.

Return Steps

1) For products not yet shipped:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product has not yet been shipped, please send an email to hello@theorganizedmess.com to immediately cancel the purchase.

2) For products already shipped:

You may return the product within 15 days of receiving it. To create a return request, please send an email to hello@theorganizedmess.com. Please do not send the package directly without creating a return request, as these packages will not be processed and will be returned to you.

3) Return conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, completely unused, undamaged, with all accessories intact. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Please note that any shipping fees you paid during the purchase will not be refunded.

4) Products received after 15 days or that are incomplete, damaged, used, or not reported via email for return will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

The refund for the canceled product will be processed via the payment method you used when placing the order.

For credit card/bank card payments:

The refund will be issued to your card. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time.

For payments made in installments by credit card:

Refunds will be made in the same number of installments by the relevant bank.

For payments made via bank transfer (Havale/EFT):

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be transferred back to your account via bank transfer.
